» Suggest alternative methods that promote the declaration of new private and municipal protected areas to increase the area that now is used for the conservation of the natural and cultural diversity of the region.
» Find a legal entity that allows the ecosystem of the pine forest and dry forest to be a special area of conservation in the Semiarid region of Motagua Valley, and which has to be aligned with private and municipal conservation mechanisms.
» Promote incentives for the conservation of the semiarid region of the pine forest and dry forest of the Motagua Valley, such as incentives of private land, ecotourism and ecological obligations.
» Support the creation of the management authority of the Motagua river basin.
» Promote environmental policies for the semiarid region of Motagua valley.
» Influence the policy of climate change and/or desertification for the conservation of dry forests.
